Unite for Wellness and Change Lives Together
Building Bridges for Community Wellness and Empowerment by redeveloping the ancient practices of health and wellness for people at grater risk and greater needs.
You and help us by making a donation to our charity. We are currently asking for donations and we are setting up community events to raise money. We hope to spend 2025 aggressively pushing for several key requirements. One, we are seeking a land grant with a 10 year lease. This will give us 10 years to use the land or give the land back to the community. Two, we need to raise several million dollars. But, we may not need all the money up front. We are looking to reaching small goals for raising money. Three, grants. We will need to ask the state, city, and the nation to help us make this a reality.
WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT?
The Health Care industry is changing and it is going to keep getting more and more difficult for people to access care. We need to get creative.
Lets look at the challenges?
The average house in Colorado is over 400K
The average income is 80k a year
Reality: Insurance companies are cutting pay for medical care providers. ASH currently pays about $40.00 per service. ASH does not want to pay providers. Providers must hire additional professionals to help collect the money. The professionals charge 10%. The max payment is now: $36.00 for an hour treatment. The cost of supplies in 2020 was about $2.50 per service. That price has gone up to $5.00. The max payment is now: $31.00. The cost to do laundry per service is about $5.00. The max payment is now: $26.00. The price to use a treatment room is about $25.00 per hour. The payment is now $1.00
If a professional sees 40 hours of clients that get paid through ASH, the business only brings in 40.00 for the week to split between an office manager, the professional providing the therapy, the assistance staff. This is unrealistic.
How to change the ASHie problem?
Transforming the understanding on how health care providers can pay for staff.
- Add Cash paying clients
- Sell medical equipment or supplies
- Sell vitamins or herbs
We Already see the change
We have already seen these changes happening within medical establishments. The local hospital now offers lip injections, hair transplants, facials, and weight loss programs.
Some MD’s now only accept a “private” practice. This means they require all of their patients to pay a yearly fee often in the thousands in order to be eligible to see the doctor. This has been going on for over 10 years. You pay a yearly fee. Then you have to still pay all of your out of pocket deductibles and your insurance required cost.
We have to get creative with how we bring income into a facility in order to pay for staff.
We are creating solutions to many problems – Partner with Mesolithic Today
We recognize that we must create two different solutions to two different issues. First, lack of water “soak” activates on the Wester Slope. Not everyone can – or will – jump into a river system to cool off in the summer. Not everyone knows where the natural springs are located. Not everyone has the physical ability to enjoy these hidden gems. We will build a hot springs and pool system for the public to enjoy. The revenue from the springs will fund the non profit allowing staff to address medical needs for veterans, Medicare and Medicaid clients. The people that are placed on long waiting list will for therapy will gain access, staff will be happier, and the community will have a place they can enjoy. WIN-WIN-WIN
Our goals
- Pay the staff on a salary, offer health care, 401, vacations – just like a normal job
- Pay a completive salary so staff can afford to buy a home and take that vacation
